Instability
InstabilityIMO, it would really help if we could get Danielle Smith to slow down to a trot from the full gallop. We need a little more stability or at least the appearance of an opportunity for stability to sustain or encourage business investment in the Alberta. Today, the Alberta economy has been treading water far too long and it's time to let the swimmer free so that he/she do his/her swim. There is a space in between politics and economics, I hope they can find it and take advantaage of it. People are inclined to participate in a stable atmosphere and inclined to wait when instability appears. We have more than enough instability created by Trump tariffs without adding to the flood stream.
Prior to the tariff application, I was hopeful that by this fall we would be heading towards the possibility of another penny dividend hike and a share price in the $12 range. Now it appears that the writers aren't going to write in an episode with a dividend hike and this TV series will continue with everyone hoping and guessing where we are heading.
Still................... we are really looking forward to the AGM.
