33,500 shares bought back and cancelled in April, 2021
Things are going strong on the buybacks. The shutdown is a non-factor because it just means when things inevitably open less shares will be in circulation.

Does make sense. Doors closed, income investors have fled for the hills, share price down. Buying shares back today means fewer will remain when operations open up. The magnifier of per share metrics. Debt will be up but company can focus on debt reduction when share price recovers.
