CEO / COO termination When is the board going to terminate the CEO and COO for false and misleading information?
The fact these two are still in executive positions in this company is mind blowing. Do your job BOD. It's clear as day where the $18 million went - it was definitely dilutive and not used for accretive growth with M&A. The SEC should be all over them by now. You stole my money and it's clear other retail investors money was stolen also. Fraud pure and simple.
