RE:RE:RE:RE:Holding In pretty well...NorthernTaco,
Here some reality for you.
Donald Trump's 25% U.S. import tariffs are on schedule to take effect March 4, 2025.
Should such tariffs be taking effect as at or following March 4, 2025, NanoXplore's revenues expansion capability would begin to experience markedly pejorative impact and there would naturally be a nearer term impact on the ability for NanoXplore to avoid a perhaps maked reduction in revenues generation capacity. The company can't turn a bottom line per share profit now; and so, what is your expectation of an impact on the company's revenues, should a 25% U.S. import tariff be placed into effect?
The reality is that given the non-existence of prerequisite graphene enhanced battery material production offtake purchase agreements, it's now absolutely clear that nobody wants NanoXplore's graphene enhanced battery materials nor the company's "SiGTM" anode additive material enhanced battery cells products.
I'd be quite contented should you be able to prove otherwise; and yet, until such time as you can prove otherwise, such a relaity and clear understanding stands unopposed.
You, NorthernTaco, should already well know that revenues growth expansion from that business segment is more or less capped until such time as additional production capacity can be placed into operation; and that means the remainder of this year and well into the next would have already had NanoXplore's revenues expansion capability remain somewhat impaired for at least 12 months to 18 months.
Again, prove me wrong. Alas, you just can't
Furthermore, you deny that VoltaXplore has only been representative of what can be considered a "capital expenditures siphon and sink?
VoltaXplore has only racked up losses upon losses and no generation of any return on investment derived from any expenditured toward the monetization of technological IP from specific commercialization efforts pursued.
Go ahead. Try to disprove what I am suggesting. You can't because the facts support my assertions.
Once again, given that Donald Trump's 25% U.S. import tariffs being on schedule to take effect March 4, 2025, whatever is produced by NanoXplore within Canada, e.g. graphene powder and "Graphene BlackTM" SMC product, etc., and intended to be imported by NanoXplore's U.S. subsidiary and/or NanoXplore U.S. customers, is to be at least 25% more expensive. Such increased cost of anything shipped into the U.S. market by NanoXplore is to be placing NanoXplore in quite the REVENUES LOSING pickle for as long as that 25% U.S. import tariff is kept in force.
