Battery Materials Commercialization Partnership En Route?Question: Why have NanoXplore build out an 8,000 tpa capacity SPCG anode, advanced graphene enhanced anode and advanced SiGTM" anode additive material manufacturing footprint seperately from what Nouveau Monde Graphite had proposed to builout as part of said compay's 43,000tpa phase 2 strategic business development investment initiatives?
The Government of Quebec representatives know that NanoXplore is now in the enviable position to choose to become what could now be a Nouveau Monde Graphite desperately needed primary provisioner of a full suite of licensed technologically advanced and proven anode battery component materials manufacturing methods "king maker".
Continuing on that particular "king maker" note, I must say that because Mr. Nazarpour was said to have previously alluded to it, I've suspected for the longest time now that Government of Quebec representatives (IQ) have been wanting NanoXplore to take a big bite of Nouveau Monde Graphite, in absorbing that enterprise into what was envisioned as the absolutely most integrated Quebec, Canada based graphite mine to finished SPCG anode, advanced graphene enhanced anode, "SiGTM" anode additive material manufacturing and advanced graphene enhanced composite materials manufacturing enterprise.
I expect Mr. Nazarpour has always quite prudently said no to such an offer being put forth by those representatives of the Quebec Government (IQ), at one point even publicly stating that NanoXplore was integrated enough and did not require including a graphite mining operation in further vertically integrating the NanoXplore enterprise.
Here's the idea in a nutshell.
NanoXplore can employ the fully equity owned, debt free VolaXplore enterprise in forming a comprehensive and NanoXplore fully battery materials manufacturing IP suite license enabled commercialization partnership with Nouveau Monde Graphite.
For those immensely invested as stakeholders over at Nouveau Monde Graphite (e.g. Investment Quebec, the Canada growth Fund, Pallinghurst, Mitsui, Panasonic, GM, etc.), it would be clear that they either individually or collectively would have to ante up in immensely expanding the cash on hand for VoltaXplore to undertake, in an expedited fashion, the proposed comprehensive commercial partnership.
I'd suggest that a preferred class VoltaXplore share would need to be provided to long holding NanoXplore common class equities investors and VoltaXplore common class shares be made available for the purchasing of by all incoming Nouveau Monde Graphite stakeholders and VoltaXplore capital investing parties.
Once all parties are seated at the VoltaXplore table each holding the prerequisite minimum amount of VoltaXplore common equity, the proposed very long term fully licensed advanced battery materials commercialization partnership would be set in stone and NanoXplore shareholders would, as a consequence of the proposed deal, be sitting pretty on one preferred share of VoltaXplore for every NanoXplore common share held.
Do you expect that once news of anything like this proposed deal breaks, NanoXplore shares would be languishing at current share price points?
Not a chance. Such a VoltaXplore/Nouveau Monde Graphite joint commercialization partnership being structured in the suggested way and being publicly disseminated would have NanoXplore shares rocketing upward instantaneously.
Alas, it's doubtful Soroush Nazarpour would take up and capitalize on such a described opportunity for NanoXplore.
