I am not going to explain why your point, as to why the company should not purchase those 33,900 shares by way of the NCIB, is azz backwards.

Also, "people", as in current purchasers of GRA.T shares, were told by Mr. Soroush Nazarpour to expect news during the summer, with respect to a commercial agreement being consummated with a globally recognized chemicals company and/or a commercialization of the graphene enhanced oil and gas drilling fluid.
People know what Mr. Soroush Nazarpour told them during the Q3 2025 conference call. Others have caught on by now as well.
