Can you forward a copy of Raymond, James update ? It would be the first out subsequent to Q3 financials.

I did some DD, reviews on Raymond James, and he has only 3 stars out of 5, so I believe the rating should be ignored. My bad sorry.

Michael Glen, the Raymond, James analyst, is merely maintaining his former projections after seeing Q3 actuals that fell somewhat short of his previous estimates. Sort of what my gut told me, but my gut is NOT, historically, a particularly good guide. There has been so little in the way of volumes of late that one would expect share price to drift until market gets some actual, hopefully positive ...more

Hello Lire02. I am new to this GRA.V  bulletin board. Granted, it typically is as you've suggested,  "Shares rarely drift upwards". Just wondering. Do shares rise in a parabolic fashion when a company like NanoXplore elects to take part in a transaction which would amount to NanoXplore effectively reverse taking over the approaching suitor? What do you think about ...more

Wow, pretty much above my pay grade, 1student.  Are you suggesting that both Nanoxplore and Martinrea plan to  welcome  a large partner/investor into VoltaXplore . That large partner would facilitate the $ Billion plus cost of a Battery plant incorporating VoltaXplore's graphene technology. Thereafter cashing dividend cheques from the new entity? I am certainly not competent ...more

Hello Lire01 I was pleased with the announcement by NanoXplore representatives of  the VoltaXplore joint partnership enterprise, a NanoXplore subsidiary presently co-owned by both Martinrea International and NanoXplore. I took note of the comment regarding funding and future funding of the co-owned VoltaXplore. It read as follows.   "NanoXplore and Martinrea have each ...more

I doubt what I suggested was above your pay grade and therefore beyond your comprehension, Lire02. I believe you understood precisely what I was conveying. I have to ask whether you can expect VoltaXplore to become a publicly traded issuer listed on a senior exchange; this before the full scale ramp up of 'commercial' production is to commence. When you say you are not competent enough to ...more

Hi 1student. Pretty sure I understand my own intellectual limits, but I'll take your comments as an undeserved complimemt....Thank you.  In any case, to answer a few of your questions: the formation of a jointly owned, equally jointly owned, makes a great deal of sense and should the initial capital injection ( Totalling $20 million ) result in proving out their concept ...more

Just wondering whether the two steps, 'two large steps ahead', have something to do with: (a) reconfirming the identity and  financial committment of the leading OEM  and (b) a preemptive offer to purchase all the outstanding shares of NanXplore; thus having NanoXplore join the fold and locking up, by way of Martinrea International's continued 50% ownership of VoltaExplore, a ...more

You're way ahead of me, 1Student. My two steps are Voltaxplore first   securing proof of concept in a commercially profitable manner, and second, securing the financing for the plant to produce that viable product. How the plant is to be financed is up to market factors at the time, but your reverse takeover scenario seems somewhat too convoluted to my simple mind. Could just be my ...more

Still, with all due respect, they need to sell, like thousands of tons of their black nano magic powder. Nothing to date, no figures and no details given in the quarterly FS. Jeez... how do you cool down your brain circuitry? JimmyB

You asked how do you cool down your brain circuitry? Alas, after reading your comment, perhaps I should rethink my presence here at this bulletin board. It's quite obvious at this juncture, NanoXplore representatives seem just fine with the share price trending downward for a perhaps prolonged interval. Oh well, should down be the preferred direction for GRA.V shares, perhaps I had better sit ...more

You are welcome. Think about the basics, always, not in a pure speculative or emotional way like many here. Are you here to flip (some are, some traders and known investors like to play intraday with this stock constantly, see the put and calls - granting them some nice bucks), but think rather about: - sales volumes to date? Brand new plant producing what? Commissioned 1 year+ ago - execs ...more

JB, not sure what you complaining about now. Flippers , traders, short term speculators are all part of the market and contribute to the liquidity that makes the market. The fact is that they are all speculators: thinking, but not KNOWING what the results will be. "Brand new plant producing what?" GRAPHENE! At a price no one else can apparently come close to matching on a commercial ...more

just a quick one: PR guy was fired I think, remember DrJerk's boyfriend as he claimed he talked to on his cell to get plenty of inside stories... funny if true. Well thanks, have a good one too, Friday 3pm here and going well. JimmyB

GRA is one deal away from rerating to its closest peer: Jiangsu Cnano. Chineese will compete but no american or Euro company will send their formula to China to co-develop. So ultimately GRA may well be the better play.  Nobody else will compete on quality -cost balance for industrial/auto Cnano sales $93M, market cap $3.5B.
Comment by Lire02 on Jun 14, 2021 3:51pm
Can Jiangsu Cnano compete on price of graphene? While its sales marginally higher than latest GRA sales, its market cap is 6X higher. Maybe its shareholders should take a look at GRA, or maybe GRA should list in China!
