Bought deal fully sold to clients.

I spoke to one of the underwriters and the $30 mln bought deal is fully sold to clients (primarily institutional clients), and there is no hold period on the shares from the deal.  None of the underwriters were short the stock, so I am not sure where that narrative came from. I expect the stock to lift going into  Battery Day which should be announced soon.

Perhaps you "spoke to one of the underwriters" just after you bumped your head, fell asleep and began to dream you were speaking to one of the underwriters multilex. You are not tellin me anything new multilex. By the way, did you ask whether the "high networth clients", "special clients" who are serviced by or on behalf of any of the underwriters, were and are short ...more
