FINANCIAL OUTLOOK - from the Q3 MD&A

For the year ending June 30, 2022, the Company expects annual revenues of $90 million (previously $85 million). The Company still expects to achieve positive adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Cannot see anything in Q3 results that changes generally positive  outlook for the company. Certainly the increase in anticipated sales and reconfirmation of positive EBITDA  for Q4 are apparently on track. So, despite negative share price activity of late, the company still provides shareholders a pretty good shot at medium term improvements ...even without any major VoltaXplore
