Massive Recent Increase in Insider Ownership
Approximately 94 m shares are now owned by shareholders with greater than 50% of those shares acquired very recently.
This is coincident with all of the ducks beginning to line up, as previously detailed.
The only question is whether they will wait for Bill C10 to become law.
If going private is the deal, they would be better served by doing so early , as C10 will substantively alter the growth and earnings profile going forward .
With such a massive share ownership by insiders, it won't cost them any more than $40 to $50 million to buy out minority ownership at book value.
That number will increase by at least 50% if they wait.
However, spin outs or direct subsidiary sales will make everyone richer..

Madison owns >50% as of last quarter. They can muscle and do what they want. I asked management about that being a threat and it sounds like they've been friendly with each other for many years and expected to stay that way. I don't know what's coming down the pipe but almost certainly something is up and it should be good.
