Recent Price Increase
Why is the price continuing to rise....The fundamentals do not support a price of $8.06... The revenues have been flat to declining when you take into the exchange rate changes.. Debt is very high, they have roughly $10 of debt for every dollar of equity... Even though they focus reporting increases in EBITDA, it is not translating into increased equity as shareholders equity continues to decline... Goodwill is the single largest asset class at $306M, and there is a note disclosure that they may have to write down that amount..
Interest expense in Q2 increased over Q1 yet they paid down $53M of debt..... Where are they going to come up with the funds to pay down some of this debt ?
This price of this stock is not responding to its fundamentals......
