Hi, My shares at some point were converted to GUESF on the OTX, and can't be traded.  What are others doing with this?   At what point can or should one delcare a capital loss?

Previous Investors got screwed by new Owners

The new owners screwed the previous investors by offering nothing for their shares and their substantial investment! I will never buy GXI shares again after that!

You sue the company, not the owners.  I think thats how Mr Trump (and many others) got rich too.  Strip assets into newCo and leave debts in oldCo which shuts down.  Screw over the ...more
