On the bright side, should see $.70 -$.90 per share on sale of unit. Then add core GXI back in which is on a more solid footing, could see $1.20 to $1.40 per share pretty soon. Actually prefer to see GXI core at $.50 then give out special dividend of $.70 to $.90. This holder will even take $1.00 for outright sale of hole company. The thing to remember, GXI is locked into the whole airline industry with their back office fully integrated, ya just don't pull the plug on an operation like that!

"hole company"?  $1 for the whole company sounds fair! Seriously, fully integrated back office replacement is not a major task.  Ya don't risk your business on a system that may be turned off any day nor do ya put payments through a gateway belonging to a company that holds your money for a period and may go belly up with your hard earned $$$.
