whats happening

does anyone have any idea of whats going on and when the court order expire so i can sell this s*** shares of this company

No guarantee your shares have any value.  Delisting I think makes them zero.  If the company lists again its a new issue.  Thats how I think it works.

Delisting at this juncture simply means there is no platform to trade shares. You still own your shares though. They potentially become worthless if GXI goes into BK.

It also depends on the selling price of the OpenJaw business. If the proceeds would cover the company's current debt load, the management will have more flexibility to determine which path to take. In my view, they would most likely choose to relist the company, possibly on the tsx venture, which will at least give shares holders a trading capability. Bankruptcy doesn't seem likely.  Pay down debt, roll back shares = current shares you own/10, then re-list on the venture.  A company making $10M annually doesn't seem like a BK candidate. I could be wrong.  Regardless, your shares will be worth a tenth what they were.

Making $10m annually.  How much of that was openjaw? How much of that is not swallowed in operating costs?   Adfter the sale of OJ they will still have double digit debts to work around.  Could re-emerge but shares held now....hmmm....
