Hi, can some one explain to me in simple English what we can expect from common shares, thanks

Common shareholders = equity interest. Creditors are getting 0.67-0.81 cents on the dollar. There is nothing left over for the shareholders. All common shares are being grouped together and cancelled.

We are getting nothing for our shares according to the Monitor's report just posted. Can we sue them?

Nope. a bit like when GXI took over Initium Onboard and they created a company to hold all the debt which was then declared bankrupt. Avoiding payouts to the benefit of anyone else was always key. Its the way trump worked too yet some people still think he's wonderful.
