Would like more info about the proposed take-over of HAI by ET. Is ET still slowly buying shares of HAI and what is their current position in the company? Would such a takeover provide good synergies and if you had to pick 5 takeover candidates, which ones would you pick?

The potential takeover of HAI by ET has always been just a 'proposal' which was subsequently rejected by HAI. ET owns 9.96% of HAI and shows recently as a tiny net recent seller, likely just to stay below the 10% threshold. We think it would be a very good fit for ET. That said, HAI is very cheap so we think ET would need to raise its price to get a deal done. Other takeover possibilities: CTS, WELL, ENGH, STC, DCM (5iResearch)
