Steamo

Steamo BMO has paid dividends since conception inl believe 1822 and to the best of my knowledge none of the Big 5 have ever cut including the Great Depression and the 2008 debacle. I know one of Canada's smaller banks did reduce their dividend got punished just like Manulife but l think they have reinstated to full amount. If Our banks , the most stable and regulated aren't a safe investment then nothing is and both mine and yours portfolio won't buy a can of beans , if any are available.
