HMAX balance of payouts.

HMAX balance of payouts. It looks like the payouts as well as the unit price have declined since inception.

In fact the unit price and the payout has never been higher than at inception.

I see that the unit price hit a low ~12.66 and the payout was lowered to .1660 and the unit price seems to have recovered and is gaining back slowly.

Does anyone see a point when they start raising the payout?

Given the upward trajectory of the unit price do you ever see it getting back to the inception price?

I read an explanation of the payout percentage for return of capital and eligable dividends.  Would there ever come a point when your return of capital went negative and you were subject to immediate capital gains (on the payout before selling your units) ?

TIA
GLTA
