Q3

Sales are up 14% compared to a year ago. The tariffs continue to impact profits, but $0.34 is not bad. I call that good results.

I should add that Q3 results will be out very soon. I would expect that sales were great in the quarter. That could help bring the HMM.a stock to a better valuation (meaning higher).

Also worth pointing out that if you're going to do a sum-of-the-parts valuation, they own a substantial amount of real estate which would have a much lower implied capitalization rate (and mean ...more

Hammond on the National Post

I hadn't noticed that the National Post had an article about HMM.A three weeks ago. "Hammond Manufacturing plans to expand operations in Centre Wellington’s Business Park" on Sep 15th.

I should add that the top line (sales) were up 15% compared to a year earlier. That is good growth. If it hadn't been for those pesky tariffs.

Total comprehensive for the quarterly Q4 was 61 cents! that is much higher than I anticipated! unfortunately I still do not have access of the md&a filling. so don't know what management will ...more

RE:RE:Takeover of HMM.a in 2025?

Low share price means the same thing as buying opportunity. This company has been growing at a pace fast enough for me to want some more. I don't want to have to sell my shares to someone else.
