The base returned 4.5% so how come they can get an extra 10% with the cover calls .... I do have cover call now but premium is maybe 5% so why they can keep this extra premium ....

Watching the CEO on YouTube I come away thinking the divi is safe Can the price go lower? Possibly, 10 year bond yield keeps toying with 4.5% ...... it was 3.85% a few weeks ago
