15.85% Annual Yield as of Last Close of $11.35...
Even if HPYT price does not appreciate as rates drop, which is should, at almost 16% annual return on your investment, today's price is a bargain. BTW, I got paid today. Thank you Harvest.

TLT Up Almost 1.5% in Pre-Market
With US rates about to drop this month, TLT should move closer to 100 by end of month and along with it, HPYT should also make a move to the upside as it owns 71% of TLT. May be difficult to watch
