I don't invest neither .... since the start this is going down and down even , I look at the underlying and as Dec 11 this stock was 10.29 $ same treasury 10 as today but the etf down 9.68$ and this etf does respond when the t10 fluctuate .... I don't see this etf comming back to the beginning level unles interest are cut way more than it was at is beginning .... a cut will happen , if interest sont go down the dividend will eat the principal ....
