Jan 13 the treasury 10 was at 4.8 and this stock was 9.44 today treasury at 4.4 and the stock at 9.19 .... longer it pay their 18% lower and lower the stock dip so again this stock will never come back to the original ipo ...the dividend payment eat slowly the stock price ....
