Markets have stumbled this week, especially tech indices as rising bond yields in the U.S. have had their way with the sector. read article.

Lots of REITS seem to be trending at their support levels....Riocan at $20ish, HR at $12ish, XRE etf at $16.50, PMZ at $13 past week.  The bank crisis downtrend appears to have subsided.

Im  not sure to what extend inflation data correlates with market movements but its been brutal for commodities and bank stocks and REITS.   Did that spill over to CPI components? If so

100% understand. You gotta do you and manage your risk accordingly. I not not suggesting you buy - I am simply stating that I am and at what price. Note - I sold 10k units between 12.5 and 13.2... so

Well HR is still aways off its $10.xx lows so  not sure I want to plow more for a small divy

Best risk/reward at current prices, imho, is H&R. Hope everything is good with your margin position Snake.

Out of all the REITS out there which one do you like the best at the closing price today? Its hard to choose ones to throw $ at with them all tanking and the highest yield isnt always sound advice

Then the $11's I go to work down to $10.00. If that doesnt hold well all hell is breaking loose

Management is focused on securing the balance sheet for NEXT year before it deploys FCF to the NCIB, per the last earnings call. Thanks for the kind words, Snakey.

Whats it going to take for them  to turn on the NCIB? I think $12.xx and $11.xx handle would be great.  $13 I feel they are buying at the top of the trading range and better to pay down debt

$11 is juicier....looks like you have a solid reit portfolio at low ball prices. Very smart.  Looking at my 2022 trades I did some miracles dumping HR / PMZ / RIOCAN at the top....my only flaw

I  tossed a good chunk at $13.50+ and even as high as $14.08 on a few separate occassions....very proud of myself.   NAV $21 but the market is not going to get it there anytime in the
