Crazy man

Selling PMZ at $16.30 and buying HR at $9.50 looks like a decent trade.  If PMZ runs to $16.50-$17.00 and HR stays here I may have to pull the trigger.  Got about 100k of PMZ left

560k volume

Everyday theres almost 1m shares bailing inthe $9's...the REIT market is like santa claus, keep on giving the deals.  No one wants these trds

I am back in at $9.75 and will be heavy buying at any $.25 downside... The current price is criminal and believe that Tom will start to the pull the trigger over the coming 6-18 months on multiple ...more

Heavy support at 9.50

Going to make bigger purchases there with some cash freed up by selling pmz at 16.28 yesterday

IDEA

Continue the plan until you can be just LandTower (75%) and Industrial (25%), then split it into 2 reits, or if the discount to NAV is still huge put both components up for sale to the highest bidder, ...more

Millions of shares being sold < $10

including today.  the question is, why?
Post by garyreinson Dec 03, 2024 3:19pm

The big investors

That sold their PMZ shares to HR literally cost themselves like 40%-50% in relative underperformance.
Post by garyreinson Dec 03, 2024 2:46pm

PMZ- $16.30, HR - $9.80

They spun off PMZ so the toxic secondary malls wouldnt drag down HR unit price, and look what happened!!!!!!!!

Big volume somedays

With lots of selling pressure.  pretty gross
Post by garyreinson Dec 03, 2024 9:57am

Wow this REIT looks so bad here

But hard not to buy more.      They can pay out a 10% dividen from cash flow and if were like other reits would have a 8-9% dividend like PRV/BTB  with a much more sophistated ...more
