Keep on buying under $10

Im done when it moves over $10, but I think its hard not to buy under $10.   6% dividend which is modest in this environment, and potential catalysts in 2025 with big sales

Gross underperformer

Theres no excuses here, this is the worst performer this year in the REIT space.  even TNT.UN smakll cap office reit came back more than this, with 0 dividend

80% payout ratio

If they had that higher like other REITs I'd be a 7.2% dividend. Might perform better.  All that money not leaving the company should help bolster capital expenditures and debt. Sp should be ...more
