the drop

This drop is due to the aus buck down 10 % and Reit's in general down 10 % Its a hold. good luck all

there are many reasons for the sell off. fears of US Fed rate hikes, the Japanese Yen carry trade getting out of high yield stocks, and a recent report that Australian RE may be in a bubble fueled by ...more

Gordo32, the dividend seems to be monthly. therefore, the ex date will be 3 days before the last business day of each month. for April, that was the 26th. Next month's will be the 29th.
