sorry , meant to add..... dxpe had ebitda of around 23mm in latest quarter compared to over 5 million for hsl do the math, on a ebitba basis, we have 20-25% of their ebitda but we are getting

who is going to vote no on this deal?.....
any dissident shareholders out there? this deal is a joke, look at current quarters earnings, company is worth probably 50% more than what they are paying.... trading at not even 6 times fwd

got almost a double out of it, which is nothing to sneeze at. yet, financials that just came out would suggest, company ws sold way too early and for a price that is too cheap. oh well
