Yes, this is excellent news!

It forces USBTC to build out their computing power to increase their hosting business to support a 5yr 'exclusive operator' agreement with Fahrenheit (a new consortium to which they belong), which will provide an excellent revenue stream right through the next bear market ($15M anually net of expenses)!  No doubt they will also receive a portion of the $20M in Fahrenheit mgmt fees, plus stock incentives in the new company that will house the Celcius assets!

Still alot of details to come but I like what I see so far!
