PNG business consistently undervalued by market

The re-org (value unlocking proposal) was put forth by the company to counter the consistent undervaluation of PNG business. With their latest PR they seem to be agreeing with the low market valuation of PNG since they have now decided to highlight the risks (FID delayed and absolutely no guarantee of ever getting any further business). This PR is completely at odds with their previous position on PNG which suggested this up cycle could be bigger and more profitable than before. Given their competitive advantage there it should be more likely than not that High Arctic will be extremely profitable in PNG. So why downplay the prospects now? HMMMMMM.............

I hope on their next conference call, investors grill them on this. Time for them to start answering some hard questions.

There is a failure of governance that is taking place at this company and that is why we are in the current predicament. The Directors are nowhere to be found; especially, the Independent ones.
