Spin Co listing on Monday?

They received TSX-V approval for listing of PNG Spin Co, expected on or about August 9th (Friday). Are we thinking Monday as the start of trading of the PNG Spin Co?

Interested to see how the two trade. Financials should be out soon (presumably post spinoff).
