SGA expenses

Given that a separate management team hasn't been hired yet for HWO, how do expenses such as Maguire's salary work? For example, does HWO pay part of Mike's salary, or is that entirely expensed with HOH?

If most of management cost is billed to HOH, then SGA should be significantly lower. Just curious to see what expenses HWO would have at the moment.

Going to be a huge drop in SG&A - last Q encompassed some consulting work around the reorg as well. Give the last Q's conference call another listen, I believe it was mentioned there that an agreement is in place for minor component of Mikes salary to be billed back from HOH in meantime. I don't think they will put any meaningful corporate management team in place unless they bolt on
