Have you ever taken a look at Artemis Gold?  Big fully funded project under construction with very good economics

Strong team and solid project (economics look a little ambitious though and very big build in an inflationary period which isn't ideal - I prefer low capex growth or brownfields stories where some major items in place like tailings which is area we've seen capex misses), but mostly the reason I haven't rushed into Artemis is the warrants.
