MuM's the word with I-80

Why the silence for so long? Is this cloak of secrecy in the best interest of we shareholders of I-80? What about the shareholders of the suitor?
Do the shorts know something we do not? Operating behind a wall of secrecy for almost a year is not good business.

Perhaps there are multiple pieces of the pie being cut up, not just one. Shorts are betting the delay means trouble; the longer the delay, the more likely there being a problem. My experience is that holds true when a stock is halted, but that does not hold true necessarily, when its a JV negotiation or a buyout. Multiple properties and princilples can reaaly cause negotiations to slow down. I don ...more
