basic argument for lease relief

you cannot do this :goverment ordered business shutdown while business was required to pay the rent. i expect government will pay 2 full month rent from mid march to mid may and partial rent ...more

Certainly better than I thought it might be. Online rev increased from 28.8 mill to 90.3 mill which seems exceptional. Overall decreased rev. of 57.5 mill in a quarter where stores were closed for 1/2 ...more

FED government pay 75% salary for 2800 employees, no pay for CEO, substantial less pay for management. Here is the calculation: assuming $3000 average salary, 75% is 2250x3000=$6,750k saving.

Stores are open, mall parking lots seem to be full, online presence, and leases being renegotiated. I know the shut down has blown up many companies its balance sheets, but I would think The SP should ...more
