I believe insiders hold ~53% interest in IDG. They would abstain from voting if it comes to that as I see it.

Gerry and heather own most of the co as is there are less than 10 million shares trading at 90 cent ONEX must bid $3 minimum

Apparently ONEX will be acquiring the shares not owned by Heather and Gerry and Indigo will be going private  I has to be closer to $3 IMO

he wrote in a report Tuesday $5.15 target  the majority of the company is held by Heather and her husband and with Coles closed they are on the right track hope they go private

He's the only analyst covering IDG and he dropped his target to $2.40 recently so he still sees some upside but no where near $5 that he previously had on it
