options granted at $1

CEO cut her salary to 0, and many other excutives salaries cut  substantially. So they get the options instead. But if the options are worth anything , at least share price has to be above $1 ...more

A reserve split is usually what happens if it doesn't go private, especially when two insiders own over 3/4 of the company.
