CEO cut her salary to 0, and many other excutives salaries cut substantially. So they get the options instead. But if the options are worth anything , at least share price has to be above $1

I just went through this with Hudson Bay Company... Mr. Baker and Boyz worked hard at depressing share price with horrible literature(guidance) and direcion to shareholders to offering to take company

A reserve split is usually what happens if it doesn't go private, especially when two insiders own over 3/4 of the company.
