What is the consensus for IDG?

What is the consensus for IDG? It seems this stock has stalled at the current levels, what are your thoughts on the future potential for this company? There was some mention of a takeover by Ontex? Does anyone have any concrete information to support that? Lets get some dialogue going here as it has been too quiet lately.
