Share buybacks

What is the name of the company that itnerfor buys shares under?

I couldn't find anything under "interfor" on sedi but I think its because they use a numbered or different company they own to buy the shares.

I thought I had the name wrong because I search Friday night for several companies and couldn't find anything for Interfor even though I know they are buying shares.  I went back further in time and realized they only report once a month. Most companies I follow report every Friday so thats why I couldn't find anything.  Thanks for the help Freddie.

Interfor used up all the space remaining in their current year (ending November 10th) NCIB by the end of September, purchasing stock as high as $33+ See recent SEDI filings for September, filed October 6 They can't buy any more under the NCIB until it they renew it again on November 10th (assuming they do it).

It would be interesting to know their volume weighted price.

An impressive achievement to buy back almost 10% of the float in under 12 months.
