Really disappointed in this agreement, I had innova gaming valued at $3.50 per share. This is still a steal for Pollard, congratulations to them I guess.

yeah Pollard's arguments are self serving... hopefully noone will tender since we are trading over 2.10.   Bid should be much higher or get lost.
