I am out

Today i sold my last 10k shares. I am out. After 8 years of going back and forth on this stock. listening to every call (back when they had calls), becoming a "expert :)" on mining.... I am out...

I will come in once in a while if this stock goes under 4.10 ...and it will ....they will need ot raise lots of money and there is not many ways to do it .... When i see an opporutnity i will buy....make a profit and sell.....

back in 2014 I had such high hopes for this stock at 6 / 7 $ ...

good luck for all...

Hi BH, sorry to see you go! High volumes and price - something is going on (apart from the strong copper price). We should see an update regarding MP soon - website: "Outlook for 2021 includes an update to the mine restart plan prepared in 2019, which will include revised pit designs, results of recent drilling, and current metal prices."  Hopefully we get that overdue update ...more

I think I've been here longer than anyone. I was actually at MP when it opened. They are restarting the mine currently but starting from zero ore so must get shovels in ground...it will likely take a couple of quarters to get things moving. Copper hanging in big demand, hope I live long enough to see things come together..

Indeed, you've been a long time and you clearly understand mining.  As a simple Investor who "bought" the dream of RC very early on, I struggle with why we have not been able to stockpile ore at MP since raising funds back in the summer?  Put a mask on & get at it - so many business got through while two mines MP & Huck sat idle with copper at >$4.....  If ...more

Before they shut down MP they used all the ore! The problem with RC we are stilla couple of years away from sweet spot, lots of overburden.

It's been such a long time ago I've forgotten the throughput of the MP facility. Can you remind us how much ore/copper we can expect??

I get the frustration.. III is a side piece for Edwards..looking for updates when annual report etc come out.. have been building a position in AUS:SFR  Sandfire, which will be the #5 Cu producer this year, great prospects, bal sheet, fully franked (taxed) divs paid.. w/o substantial progress in the updates for III will sell and put in SFR.  (also long NCM).  Bea

Needless to say we all understand your frustration.  Most of us would agree we over invested these past 8+ years. Mistook ME's Midas touch - he just isn't  "in" to building a CAD mining power house.   Management is ethically sound but far from being drivers - "tired" is reasonable description.  Who knows how much NCM wants 100% - might be helpful ...more
