In the statement 6 months ago management said; we restructured and remortgaged all properties with lower rates for 5 years. Only thing I see is an exchange rate between euro and CDN $ since they report in $ CDN . The time will show.

Rates have not risen very much  in Europe at all  inflation is running fairly high though INO  trading like oil and gold stocks last few days ;;  Bank Lending Rate In the Euro Area increased to 1.75 percent in January from 1.72 percent in December of 2021. source: European Central Bank

He didn't address the high payout ratio anyway.  Probably doesn't follow the company and didn't know about it.

time will tell the company is very well aware of the ratio and iam 100% sure it will get back to what we have been at around 104%
