CBRE q3

CBRE q3The q3 stats from CBRE have Canadian industrial building prices at an average of $199 a foot. Toronto at $281 up from $275 in Q2.
Inscape has 300,000 feet for sale/ leaseback. $281 is aprox $5.90 a share. The average is $4.20 a share.
They need about half the space going forward. Still, a large gap of share price to building value.
