CITIC Limited Is The MUCH BIGGER Partner

They have an estmated value of 1 Trillion dollars. Now this is why we may get bought out early, I'm hoping not but Jan 2023 is when CITIC's stand still agreement runs out.
RF has teamed up with the big boys on this IVN play folks.
The stand still with Zijin runs out much later (years away).

what do the stand still agr allow or prevent from happening during the term then what can happen after the expiry?

Should be simple enough I'd think - they are prohibited from increasing their ownership stakes until expiry then they can do whatever they want. I don't know but I wonder if there is an ability for them to make an offer for all of the shares at any time? Could they offer $25 each tomorrow for all of the shares they don't own? Perhaps not, it could be that they just have to wait ...more

After Jan 8th 2023 then CITIC can make a freindly offer or a hostile offer to buy IVN. RF is pretty tight with CITIC so I would say that a hostile offer is off the table and even if they made one I do not think they would get 50.1 % of the votes. CITIC is huge and they could easily offer 30 billion or higher for IVN. They also own a big % of IVN so they do not have to lay out all of the money for ...more
