The Company owns or has a majority interest in a portfolio of approximately 68 properties in the United States, comprised of 57 assisted living and memory care facilities, nine skilled nursing facilities and two medical office buildings.

If they keep buying back shares as they continue to do so currently, AFFO per share would only go up.
Market cap does not make sense at current AFFO multiple. At current multiple, they could buy back all the shares in few years, if market regulation allowed it. I would rather have the company pay back debt and reinstate dividend at higher rate at later date.
