Caete Complex is located 50 kilometers east of the city of Belo Horizonte and includes the Pilar gold mine, the Caete processing plant and the Roca Grande gold mine. Its Faina project is a new underground orebody located just west of the Company’s Turmalina mine within the MTL Complex. The Paciencia complex includes two underground gold mines, Santa Isabel and Margazao, and a processing plant located within 9,000 hectares of contiguous permitted mining tenements.

they were never getting a credit for paying a 5% yeilding dividend... might as well invest that money in exploration which gets more ounces in future.

Maybe a buyout . Under 5$ is a good deal for JAG in my mind. They have been targeted before and I feel M&A in the gold space I feel will likely continue . Time will tell !

If you look back you will see every quarter they state the dividend is at board discetion based on capital needs and other factors, so nothing new there. At this point, Jag needs to show
