Just Wondering

When a company makes a takeover offer they will frequently quote the recent closing prices for the company to be taken over to show how good their own offer is. Just speculating but hasn't the closing price of KNT been manipulated recently?

Thanks Ronnie111; would that explain some of those erratic swings for KNT, especially at closing. Personally, because of relatively small volume ….I think those swings are done by parasitic day traders feeding on shareholders that are insecure about the value of this company & are easily spooked.
