Note that Medipharm Labs is no longer a pure CBD oil company. They have all the licenses, CD license, DEL license and since October they have the CD-Sale license. 

the market will probably play dumb for a while until it becomes clear that Labs is a pharmaceutical company... and all the studies that have come out lately show once again that cannabis will find its place in medicine.

and Adrexpharma from Germany has only recently concluded discount agreements with health insurance companies in Germany. Only with the legitimacy of the health insurance companies will cannabis be successful in the German market! Adrexpharma is a partner of Medipharm Labs... This is a valid observation and the pivot to 'pharma' is one that LABs made early enough. But for me, this isn't whether or not people understand the pivot, or even if people understand the massive potential; it's whether LABs can survive and reward current shareholders while the cannabis/pharma market starts to build.  LABs clearly doesn't have 3-5yrs to wait for FDA

If you look at Hexo, what exactly can you invest in ? Debt ? Luck ? this share has no real value. Labs is debt free with 40 million in the bank, their assets in Canada and Australia are completely paid off and they have built up a very large distribution network in the last 12 months. And what the market doesn't want to see yet is that the health insurance companies in Germany accept cannabis.

The question with LABs has never been about the 'story'.  It's been about transitioning the story into tangible results. I would say that survival was (and still is) questionable.....but as an investor, I'm not concerned with whether LABs just survives.....I want to make money and I have no doubt that they can survive by RS'ing and diluting into oblivion.....but that

with 40 million cash and no debts... there are other candidates in the cannabis sector where survival is not certain and then market shares would become free again :-D  It's not just about Germany, Australia and Brazil are also ready. In my opinion, Labs has done a lot right! That the Canadian market will be completely overfilled with products at some point was to be seen and the USA

How would they have more cash than previously reported?  It's either they turned a profit....or the financed/partnered.... The first is questionable but who know.....the second is reportable....so I would state that no, it's not more than 40mil.  Likely less with burn....hopefully not too much less.

Rttt, you have been questioning Medipharms cash position as being fragile for several quarters now, and yet corporate burn has not substantially decreased that cash position from the date of the last financing in March 2021 Obviously they must have a fairly good handle on balancing the corporations burn rate. Medipharm Labs has done a great job in positioning itself for 2022, and is self touted as a global cannaboid pharmaceutical leader, but when researching the company it appears to be lagging behind so many

thank you for this report ! 5. is very interesting - that's exactly what I see with Labs.  yes it is true, since the DEL licence it has become quiet around Medipharm Labs on Twitter nothing comes for a long time anymore... (now it's getting speculative...) maybe it's intentional... I don't know
