People you have no idea the terms of the TLRY settlement other than the $3MM cash

The rest is awash in uncertainty.  Might be great. Might be bad.

I suggesting waiting till the CC and asking.  Key questions ....

1) Transfer pricing method for inventory please?
2) How much TLRY stock for $4.5MM?  What are the lock up terms if any?
3) When you say "anticipated proceeds" of $4,5MM does that mean immediate sale??????
4) Is the purchase contract by TLRY to MEDIF just $500K or is there any other business linked to that?

I see the settlement as very positive, not only was it a settlement on a legal matter but LABS also developed a new customer for future growth, or 'this business relationship could expand'.   As stated in the Tilray press release on their micro breweries deal closing was ever allowed by the FDA to create non-alcoholic beverages ;-), they would at a minimum need an FDA approved

and thats why i made the point of LABS beeing in the drivers seat when it comes to needing an FDA aproved source for distillate?. if Tilray wants to infuse their beverages in the US. (they need LABS unless i am wrong and they can use amny of the others??) they didnt have to do the $500k in future contracts to establish a relationship with Tilray..... you are the one always saying that LABS is
