Concerted pull back
It seems that most lithium stocks have taken a step back.. oddly since Orocobre announced a scoping study for a stage 3 expansion recently.. to put things in perspective ORL's recent quarterly production is a meager 3727 tonnes... stage 2 is only 50% complete and won't be producing until 2nd half of 2022, stage 3 maybe by 2024-2025 so I'd say this sell off is WAY ovedone.
LAC will be generating revenue by the end of 2021 and Thacker Pass is a gem in the making... I'd say the big money is playing games... taking profits, shorting for a better entry point for the next leg higher.. no way an expansion that far out should have an effect like it has on lithium plays.. unless many others are also planning expansions... which I haven't had a chance to review all them yet..?

That being said I've checked with Albemarle and found they are planning a doubling of production in Nevada as well but that production won't come on line until 2025 also.. by that time the demand will be much higher again.. looks like a buy the dip opportunity IMHO

Good luck to you too Coffee... one thing for sure is whoever was buying at the low of $23.78 today will and are making out like bandits already today.. was thinking of grabbing another 1000 shares but it moved to quick for me and didn't want to chase it... looks like stink bids are the way to go lately..?

LAC is targeted to complete the mine by 2022.. full production by 2024.. there is nothiing up in thacker pass.. a power line and a couple of ranch roads.. the 15 to 30$ range on the stok, is the reflection of the intrinsic value of the permit, and zone for the final mine..
