Very interesting. I especially note that PEA should be published in the next few weeks for Church Roch. For Westmoreland, based on the current U3O8 price, the NPV should rise from US$400M to +- US$675M without taking into account the increase in certain costs due to inflation. Nevertheless, this is still a lot compared with the current capitalization of US$109M, when we also include all the other assets, especially Church Roch.
